To ensure that we can provide the best service to all of our clients, we ask that you please review and respect our cancellation policy below: Notice Requirement: We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. Late Cancellations: Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the service fee. No-Shows: Missed appointments without any prior notice will be charged 100% of the service fee. (For clients that have booked bundle deals, any last minute cancellations within 24 hrs of your appointment and/or no shows will count as one of your massages in the deal) Emergencies: We understand that emergencies happen. If you have a sudden illness or emergency, please contact us as soon as possible. Exceptions may be made at our discretion.
